Born in 1958 in Leningrad (now — St. Petersburg), Russia.
In 1978 graduated from Leningrad Building and Architectural Secondary Technical School. Served in the Soviet Army. Worked as an architect, a graphic designer, a designer.
Since 1987 — free artist. One of the founders of the artists group «Iron seeds».
The member of the Artists Union of Russia since 1993.
In 2002 established (together with P. Beliy) St. Petersburg Printing studio.
The main direction of activity — printing technologies. Illustrated about 30 books. Created more than 70 book characters. Participant of many exhibitions in Russia, Poland, Germany, France, Switzerland, USA.
Artist’s works are in collections of the Hermitage, Russian museum, and also in collections of foreign museums.
Lives and works in St. Petersburg, Russia.
